*​ONLINE REGISTRATION: Please download and print, fill out, scan and email registration forms to parkwaysoccerclub@gmail.com, download, fill out with Adobe Acrobat, and email to parkwaysoccerclub@gmail.com or download, print, fill out the forms and bring them to in-person registration. Also include  a headshot photo of your athlete(s) and a copy of their birth certificate (for new players) in the email. Registrants will pay thru Venmo for an additional $3.00.
