*ONLINE REGISTRATION: Please download and print, fill out, scan and email registration forms to parkwaysoccerclub@gmail.com, download, fill out with Adobe Acrobat, and email to parkwaysoccerclub@gmail.com or download, print, fill out the forms and bring them to in-person registration. Also include a headshot photo of your athlete(s) and a copy of their birth certificate (for new players) in the email. Registrants will pay thru Venmo for an additional $3.00.

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! The age groups that are still open are: Girls U14 (2011-2012),

Boys U12 (2013-2014), and Boys U19 (2006-2008).
